Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products showing signs of use or physical damage after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds may be issued through a mutually agreed method since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation
